Hey there, I'm Jing-Hui (or J.H.).
I started my career as a digital strategist, learning how to dissect complex problems and understand audience behavior. But I quickly realized my priority wasn't convincing people to want something—it was designing solutions they actually needed.
That realisation drove my transition into UX. Over the past several years, I’ve worked across enterprise platforms, consultancies, and agile product teams to turn intricate technical constraints into intuitive, human-centered systems.
Today, I focus on end-to-end product design, service design, and cross-functional leadership—partnering closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact without sacrificing user experience.
Outside of hands-on design, I’m deeply invested in mentoring designers and fostering collaborative, agile team cultures.
